Return & Exchange Policy

At SafalTrends, we want you to love what you ordered! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Policy:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We currently only allow returns or exchanges in case of damaged goods being delivered or if the item you received is not what you ordered. Returns & exchanges are not available on sale items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return:
To start a return, please contact us at safaltrends10@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your order doesn't arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us within 7 working days of the expected delivery date. We’ll investigate the issue and work with the courier to locate the package.


Eligibility

  • COD orders: Unfortunately, COD orders cannot be refunded. However, you can receive a voucher for your next purchase.

  • Refunds: Refunds are only applicable for paid orders.

  • Customized Stitched Orders: Exchanges for size are not applicable on customized stitched orders.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and received, we'll send out the exchange order.


Cancellation or Modification of Orders

Please note that all paid orders are considered final and cannot be canceled or modified after 24 hours of order placement. This policy ensures that we can fulfill our commitment to deliver high-quality products within the estimated timeframe.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
